Community Meals
C2Life Foundation works with a variety of community organizations across western NC providing healthy meals for those who are food insecure and/or chronically ill.
Our meals are produced in a USDA inspected facility and shipped directly to the home of the person in need, eliminating transportation barriers to good nutrition.
We partner with non-profits, hospitals and local medical practices to address food insecurity for those they serve.
Healthy Opportunities
C2Life Foundation provided over 87,000 health & medically tailored meals across an 18 county region in western NC for the NC - DHHS Healthy Opportunities Pilot.
This pilot was the nation’s first comprehensive program to use Medicaid funding to support nonmedical health-related needs with cost savings of over $1,000 per participant annually.
